The steps are simple:

1. SELECT your design options

This includes size, material and edge-rolling preference.  Please contact us for any other special requirements that are not included on this page.  Please note that different options will result in different prices.

2. SEND us your artwork

Upload directly on this page!  Or if your file exceeds 100MB, please send your artwork to yikai_yu@kayisilk.com with your order number attached.  Please make sure that your canvas matches your selected scarf size and the resolution of the file should not be lower than 300dpi.  A "TIFF" file is recommended, but you can also send us your working Photoshop/Illustrator file, or "png", "jpg", "pdf" with a high enough resolution.

3. PLACE your order

Check all of your custom options and hit the "add to cart" button!

4. RECEIVE a FREE custom digital mockup of your design within 24 hours

We will provide a FREE digital mockup of your design as soon as we receive your artwork, so you can visualise how your end product will look like.

5. END PRODUCT at your doorstep

Please choose if you need a "rush order" or "standard order".  We always aim to fulfill our orders as efficient as we can, but please let us know if you need your custom design in a hurry.

Minimum Order

50 pieces per design, discount is applied when more is ordered.

You are welcome to order a sample if you only want to order one piece for example or gift.
When will I get my order?

Orders will only start production once you approve your design. We will send you a digital mockup of your design within 24 hours. You are able to send us any modifications on top of the mockup. If you confirm that everything is correct, just reply our email saying "confirm order".

After confirmation, total time for orders is "Production Time" + "Shipping Time".

Order Delivery Time =

Standard production time: 12-18 business days

or

Rush production time: 7-9 business days

Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days

or

Express Shipping: 4-7 business days

Fabric Types

When we think of silk carves, "Crepe Satin Plain" is usually what we picture of. It is a 100% silk material with smooth silky finish.

For a more textured look, you can choose "Twill" or "Embroidered".

For lightness and transparency, choose "Crepe de Chine", "Georgette" and "Paj Shawl".

Add a bit of wool with the "Silk-Wool" material for more warmth in autumn/winter times.

File Type and Requirements

File type is preferrably in the format of TIFF. Otherwise working PSD, AI, PNG, JPG or PDF file with a high enough resolution is also ok.

We require a minimum resolution of 300 DPI for best production results.

Higher the resolution, better the production quality.

Please ensure that the image matches the aspect ratio of the ordered dimensions and adhere to copyright laws. Upload your image directly, or if your file size exceeds 100MB, please send your file to yikai_yu@kaiyisilk.com
How are the products manufactured?

We have partnered with manufacturing firms that include the entire process of silk scarf making from weaving the fabric to digital printing for more than 30 years. See our factory photos.

We only choose best quality natural mulberry silk for production. NOTHING is synthetic.

Customise Packaging

We partnered with professional silk scarf packaging companies so you can have the option to order YOUR OWN CUSTOMISED PACKAGING!

This can include putting your logo/name on the front of the box, and many more.
